Product Introduction
This model is based on the design concept of creation for manufacturing, and is restrained to meet the needs of more industries. After long-term tracking of difficult-to-process materials such as high nickel alloy and heat-resistant steel, the equipment configuration is continuously optimized, and the high-strength rigidity and precision sensitivity are used to help the industry reduce costs and increase efficiency.
Independent Power Plant
Yuzhong is the first in the industry. It is independent of the power device other than the turret. It does not occupy the current tool position and prevents the tool from affecting the number of tools. The workpiece spindle has an indexing function with a minimum indexing accuracy of 0.001 degrees. After turning is completed, end face drilling can be realized to ensure high position accuracy.
Multi-function operation panel
Focus more functions on the operation panel to avoid cumbersome program operations, and switch between turning mode and milling mode can be realized through M code.
