CNC machine tools are composed of three parts: machine, electricity and liquid. Numerical control machine tools are mainly composed of the following parts: basic structural components of machine tools such as columns, bed, worktables, etc. Feed motion transmission system for realizing feed motion, positioning system for realizing reincarnation of components and workpieces, such as main motion transmission system for realizing main motion of machine tools by numerical control rotary operation boundary; Construction systems for realizing some auxiliary movements and functions, such as lubricant, hydraulic pressure and coolant, heating agents and other special functional structural systems such as protective devices, tool holders, chip removal systems, and feedback devices and components of automatic tool change systems, such as precision detection, operation monitoring systems, graphics conversion systems, tool breakage detection systems, etc.
Compared with other ordinary machine tools, CNC machine tools do not require manual operation, but automatically perform processing operations with the numerical control instructions, which eliminates manual debugging and manual modification operations. Therefore, the mechanical structure of numerical control must meet the control conditions of automation, and the mechanical structure is also required to have high sensitivity, strong stiffness and vibration resistance, good accuracy and stability, thermal deformation can not be too large, and reliable to adapt to the functions of integrated and complex processes.
