Automatic lathes use cam rolling to drive the cutting of knives, while numerical control lathes use programming to control the movements of knives. in terms of power, automatic lathes are much higher than numerical control lathes, so the processing cost of automatic lathes is cheaper than that of numerical control lathes. if the products are more complicated and demanding, automatic lathes may not be able to do it, only numerical control lathes can do it, however, its processing cost is higher than that of automatic lathes. For a product, we still use numerical control to process automatic lathes. The important thing is still the difficulty of looking at the product.

1, strictly abide by the operating procedures and daily maintenance system.

2. Prevent dust from entering the electronic control equipment. Floating dust and metal powder may cause the insulation resistance between electrical components to decrease, resulting in component damage or even damage.

3. Regularly clean the cooling and ventilation system of the electric control cabinet.

4. The use environment of the small CNC vertical lathe, it is best to place the small CNC vertical lathe in a constant temperature environment, and stay away from the equipment with large vibration (such as punching machine) and electromagnetic interference equipment.

5, small CNC vertical car should have operating procedures for regular maintenance, maintenance. In case of failure, pay attention to record and protect the site.
